Made-to-order socks

Each pair is printed to order. Please check the size information before purchasing: one size, recommended for women’s US 5 through men’s US 12. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or a color preference, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, email noah@awearme.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production. Please double-check your shipping address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you have questions about an approved refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. T1D NOVA registration is free and does not require a sock purchase.
